A HANDS-ON PARTNER FOR COMPLEX CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
BRS Building Restoration Services is an Owner’s Representative and construction project management firm supporting condominium associations throughout South Florida.
We work alongside Boards, property managers, design professionals, contractors, and consultants to bring structure, coordination, and clear communication to complex restoration and capital improvement projects.
Our role is simple: represent the Association’s interests and help keep the project moving forward.

OSCAR CIRIANO
PRINCIPAL | OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE & CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
With a background in architecture and hands-on experience in construction project management, Oscar Ciriano leads BRS with a practical approach to complex condominium restoration and capital improvement projects.
His focus is on representing the Association’s interests, maintaining clear communication, and coordinating project teams to help move projects from planning through construction and closeout.
